Before you get started, make sure that you either have the correct login information for the Facebook account you are trying to link, or that you have admin access to the page.
1. Navigate to your Brand Settings by clicking the gear icon on the left-hand side.
2. Click Linked Accounts and then Add New.
3. From here, click Facebook and follow the instructions as you are redirected to Facebook.
4. Select the accounts that you want to be linked to your dashboard and click link “x” account.
5. You will now see the connected Facebook account(s) in your Linked Accounts under Existing, and you’re ready to post!
Before you get started, make sure that you either have the correct login information for the Instagram account you are trying to link, or that you have admin access to the page.
1. Navigate to your Brand Settings by clicking the gear icon on the left-hand side.
2. Click Linked Accounts and then Add New.
3. From here, click Instagram and follow the instructions as you are redirected to Facebook.
4. It will take you to this page that will redirect you to Facebook because Instagram is owned by Facebook.
5. Make sure that you select ALL PAGES. You may not want to use all of the pages but our services will need permissions for all accounts in order to post to one account.
6. Now choose the accounts that you want to link to the dashboard, and then click Next.
7. Make sure that you click yes for all of these options. And then click done on the bottom right corner. Then it will bring you to a screen that says “You’ve now linked Cloud Campaign to Facebook”. Cloud Campaign is the software we use to link your social media accounts to our dashboard!
8. You will then be brought back to the dashboard. Now choose the accounts you want to link to the dashboard and select Link “x” Accounts at the bottom.
9. You will now see the connected Instagram account(s) in your Linked Accounts under Existing, and you’re ready to post!
